Home Visits
I am so honored to be welcomed into my clients' homes during such a special time.
During home visits, my goal is to empower families to trust their intuition so that they can be the amazing parents they are meant to be.
Hourly Rate: $40 - $50 Sliding Scale
During home visits, I offer:
- Nourishing meals brought to you in bed
- Emotional/Birth processing
- Helping build your village
- An extra set of hands to hold baby if you need to shower or nap
- Light housework
- Evidence-based information about baby care, feeding, sleep, etc
- Advice of local professionals for lactation, bodywork, mental health, etc.
- Help with cloth diapering and baby wearing if needed
- Grocery shopping if needed
- Sitz baths and loving touch to facilitate oxytocin and bloodflow
- Belly binding (add-on)
House visits last anywhere from 3 to 6 hours, depending on your needs.
You can book visits out ahead of time, or as needed.

Nurtured Package: $1150
($150 discount)
- (1) 2 hour prenatals to talk over your wishes for postpartum
- (2) 3 hour home visits per week for the first two weeks.
- (1) 3 hour home visit per week for the next 4 weeks
- Weekly sitz baths are included
- Meal planning & grocery lists weekly
- Unlimited text support
*Belly binding can be added for an additonal $65
Nourished Package: $1450
($450 discount)
- (2) 2 hour prenatals to talk over your wishes for postpartum as well as sleep and breastfeeding
- (3) 3 hour home visits per week for the first two weeks.
- (2) 3 hour home visit per week for the third week
- (1) 3 hour home visit per week for the next 3 weeks
- Weekly sitz baths are included
- Weekly Belly binding is included for the first two weeks
- Meal planning & grocery lists weekly
- Unlimited text support
