Through education, physical & emotional support, a birth doula can assist you in having the birth you dream of.
Birth Package: $1000 - $1200 sliding scale
- (2) 1.5 hour prenatals to discuss physiological birth, comfort measures, birth preferences, feeding and more
- (1) 3 hour postpartum visit that includes emotional support, nourishing home cooked meals, body work, informational support, etc. to help you adjust during the first few weeks
- In-person birth support (on-call from 37 weeks)
